Flower essences are vibrational remedies created from the energetic imprint of flowers. They work on a subtle level, helping to shift emotional patterns, release stuck energy, and bring the body, mind, and spirit into harmony.

Unlike essential oils, they containnoplant matter - they are energetic allies that gently work with your emotional and energetic body.

Astral Work starts after booking with an intake form. This helps name what you’ve been noticing and gives me the context I need to assess readiness and to choose the most supportive format for your session: a live call or distance work. Each session is intuitively led and unique to you.

After you submit your intake, I do an initial distance field assessment. I attune to what’s active in your energetic field and track how what you’ve described is actually showing up - including any relational, environmental, ancestral, karmic, or past-life roots that are relevant to your current experience.

From there, we proceed in one of two ways depending on what you've purchased. Each product describes in the description what the process looks like.

Healing and clearing happen only where appropriate. Some patterns are ready to be shifted immediately, while others need stabilisation and context first. When past-life material arises, it’s because it’s actively contributing to a present-day pattern and is ready to be worked with.

Depending on what’s present, the work may include identifying influences in the field, disentangling imprints from past relationships or environments, addressing interference or depletion, and recalibrating your field through hygiene, protection, stabilisation, and healing. Guidance may also come through to support integration and next steps.

The most helpful preparation is to complete the intake form thoroughly and honestly, and give yourself a little quiet time beforehand if you can. You don’t need to be in a perfect state - just arrive as you are.

If your session is completed at a distance, I’ll let you know if anything specific is needed (most of the time, it isn’t). The main thing is to give yourself a bit of space afterward to process what comes through in my notes.

If we’re meeting on a Zoom call, please make sure you’re able to join a video call and have a quiet, private space where you won’t be interrupted.

For live sessions via Zoom, You have permission to record on your side and I will provide a write-up of notes afterwards. For readings delivered via audio or written notes, you’ll receive a file you can revisit as often as you like.

No! Energy moves whether or not you “believe” in it. You don’t need to have all the answers or subscribe to any specific spiritual belief. Many clients who were initially skeptical still experience noticeable shifts or deep insights after their session.

Absolutely. You don’t need prior experience with energy work or spiritual practices. My sessions meet you where you are, and I’ll guide you through the process in a way that feels safe and supportive.

Sessions
Because this work is deeply personalised, all sessions are non-refundable once booked. After you submit your intake form, I begin preparation and field assessment.

Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a live call, please email me at least 48 hours in advance and I’ll happily move your session to a new time, subject to availability.

Missed sessions / no-shows
If you book a live call and don’t attend, and I haven’t heard from you, I will complete the session as distance work and deliver the included session summary/recording (as applicable). No refunds are issued for missed sessions.

Memberships
Memberships and recurring payments are non-refundable, including cases where a member forgets to cancel before the next billing cycle. It is the member’s responsibility to manage or cancel their subscription prior to renewal. If you need help cancelling, please reach out before your next charge.

• I don’t do the inner work on your behalf - you’ll need to engage with what comes through and apply the integration guidance. Meaningful results depend on your willingness to reflect and integrate what’s revealed.
• I don’t take responsibility for your growth outside the session - you’ll need to work with the material between sessions.
• I don’t override your agency - I can assess, clear, and guide, but integration is something you actively participate in.
